JANITRON takes the job of cleaning very seriously.  Over the years, we have developed a unique system of cleaning and service.  JANITRON prints out specifications unique to each property to be cared for.  We translate the duties from the specification into flow charts.  These visual charts direct the tasks to be performed and their proper order.  The pictures help embed the information in our staff's mind. Next, we print concise job cards outlining the duties and any special needs for that particular run.  A hidden trash can or an interior suite door to secure would be prime examples of special instructions that the cleaner must be aware of.  Of course, supervision is vital to any project's success.  We monitor and manage job sites with more supervisory and manager visits, and  through our telephone time keeping system.

 

JANITRON has invested heavily in technology which also allows us better accuracy and control in employee timekeeping.  Our "Teleteam" telephone timekeeping system eliminates paper time sheets or cards.  All of our associates clock in and out from the job site using the telephone, their ID number, and the toll-free business lines connected to our computer.  Time is recorded immediately and the Caller ID features insures that the employee is calling from the correct location.  We also pass important voice messages to our staff using this system.  The system can even page managers if workers have not clocked in on time.  All of these tools add to our success!
